The App is designed for internal business use within restaurants and food service operations. We collect the following information:

• Order data: Kitchen orders, item details, and order status synced from your Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Device information: Device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers used to identify KDS stations.
• Network information: Local network IP addresses used to connect to RFID readers and the backend server.
• RFID tag data: EPC and TID codes from RFID tags scanned at your stations.

2. How We Use the Information

• To display and manage kitchen orders in real time.
• To sync order status between KDS stations and the POS system.
• To identify RFID-tagged items for order fulfillment.
• To maintain station configuration and connectivity.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. All data remains within your organization's internal network and the OpSpot IQ backend server configured by your administrator.

4. Data Storage

Order and configuration data is stored on your organization's own server. The App stores minimal data locally on the device (station ID, server URL, and settings) using Android's secure local storage.

5. Internet Access

The App requires internet or local network access solely to communicate with your organization's OpSpot IQ backend server. No data is sent to external servers or third-party services.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data. All communication between the App and the backend server is handled over your organization's secure network.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use only and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
